Dear Sir,
I have been using your MS Exel 2003 extensively lately for high volume data works lately. Previously I was using Corel Quatro-Pro worksheet. I find that the Cut or Copy / Paste function is a bit clumsy in Excel 2003. The cut or copied content does not retain in the memory after a key board operation such as deleting, inserting column / row or data entry. The user need to cut or copy the content all over again, if he forgets to omit those key borad operations. In Corel Spreadsheet, the cut or copied content remained in the memory after any number of keyborad operations. This make the spreadsheet more flexible to use. The spreadsheet work could be done more swiftly, it save a lot of time. Surprisingly this area of weakness was not even corrected in the Excel 2007 Beta 1 which I downloaded sometime in June this year. Anyway , I still have not tested your latest Beta 2 upgrades. If this new feature is still not yet added, I hope you could bring it in before your final release. In my opinion it certainly could improve its performance in the market place. It sounds like you have not discoverd the Office Clipboard. Personally, I do
not use it in Excel but have found times in Word where cutting and re-arranging was facilitated using the Clipboard. In excel go to Edit Office Clipboard.
