My husband is a junior college teacher and needed to know how to calculate an
average by a certain percent. Say if homework was 20% of their total grade, how would he write the formula for that? |

Is it not just a simple
=AVERAGE(A1:A20)*20% -- HTH Bob Phillips (replace somewhere in email address with gmail if mailing direct) "cwilson" wrote in message ...
