Default Protecting Page Set in spreadsheet / workbooks

I have designed a form that I would like others to use. I have protected all
areas that do not need to be completed and the form works well.
The only problem that I now have is to restrict users of the form from
changing the print settings. I am sure i have seen this done before, but do
not know how to - any advice?
