Default Crazy Question here

I want to give a visual demonstration to those who are going to be joining
our team - of how to use Excel to do our job. I was thinking Power Point
could some how record the use of Excel but I couldn't find any way of doing
this WITH Excel.
Then, through another project of mine I discovered Windows Movie Maker is on
my (fairly) new computer. I've played wiht still pictures and mixing it with
video. I think this would be great to use for what I'm intending... But the
only way I see this happening is if i take still pics of each step of my
"tutorial" and move the frames fast within WMM.

My question you all of you is... is there some easier way to create a
tutorial with MS Excel (within Office)?

Thanks for the help.

Within office, I don't know.

There is, however, a good documentation tool called SnagIt which does all
maner of screen captures, etc.

But it costs money so I don't know if that's an option for you.

Snagit or Camtasia Studio by TechSmith will do what you want and record a
video of exactly what you do on the PC and then allow you to play it back.
