![]() For the formula to work as you requested, if there is a day which has no actual expenses incurred, it would not be summed in your formula eg day projected Actual 1 5 5 2 7 8 3 8 0 4 9 5 In the above example if the actual column is up to date the formula will not sum for day 3 as there has been no actual cost as the 0 appears the same as for 0's for days in the future.
