Default Tab Through worksheet

Is there a way, such as in Word, when the sheet opens the curser immediately
goes only to the unlocked cells that need to be filled and you tab to the
next?

Thanks!

Those cells which should remain active for data entry, highlight them, Format
Cells, Protection, Unlock them. Then Tools, Protect, Protect Worksheet.
