Default Missing Excel commands

I have Excel 2002. There are no disabled items.
Some of my menu commands are not visable, for instance Tools ... Options and
Format ... Sheet ... Hide. (Although i'm able to get at Toopls ... Options
via a button).
I'm sure there must be a simple explanation but I've searched through all
the help and have drawn a blank. Can anyone help please?

Gabriel

ToolsCustomizeToolbars.

Select Worksheet Menu Bar and "reset".

This will wipe out any customizations you have made to the Toolbar and return it
to default.

Also make sure under CustomizeOptions you have "always show full menus"
