Default Excel menu bar missing

My whole Excel menu bar is missing. I tried to fix the problem by ALT+T to
display the tool commands but nothing happened. So how can I find the menu
bar? The version of windows is XP proffessional with office 2002. Thanks

Right click in an empty area on a command bar and choose
Customize. In that dialog, scroll down to Worksheet Menu Bar and
check that item.
