Default How do I set default footer setting on excel spreadsheets?

I have an Excel spreadsheet with 10+ tabs (separate sheets) that all need to
have the same footer format. How do I either cut & paste (I haven't been
able to do this) or set it as a default in the drop down menu? I need the
same thing in the left, center, and right sections of the footer with the tab
name being the only difference.

Select all the sheets, then set up the footer.
