Default IF/THAN with regards to 2 Dropdown Lists in Excel?

I have an Excel spreadsheet that has 2 colums that the 1 column has a drop
down list in it and what I would like to do is if you pick one of the options
in the first drop down list, then the next column's drop down list will only
show certain items in it's drop down list. Example.... Column A - JOB CODES
and someone chooses option 1 from that list...then i would like Column B -
JOB TASKS to have a specific list to choose from, that ONLY shows up when
they pick JOB CODES in column A. or if someone picked option D in that first
column, the drop down list for column B would then be different.

See the instructions for Dependent Lists at Debra Dalgleish's website:

Is that something you can work with?
