You can hold the Ctrl key when you select the rows

And what occurred when you followed Ron's suggestion?

Try hitting SHIFT + F8 then select rows without holding the CTRL key.

What occurs with that method?

by using shift & f8 i can selct more than one row, but random rows.

what is the selection requirent.You can select as many or as few rows
wherever thay are using crtl and click?

i'm not sure why but, crtl and click will not coy more the 1 row or line in
execel.
