Default Slow Save

I have a giant workbook that is starting to get slow when saving it at my
office computer. I have the exact same computer (Brand, speed, ram & Excel
version) at home. When I take the Workbook home to work on it, it saves
changes in a few seconds.

Would anyone have any suggestions what to check in my office Excel? I've
tried with Norton anti virus off, and have run spyware with nothing showing
running in the background. Would there be something in Excel I should maybe
check that is making it hangup when saving the file? It takes like 30 - 60
seconds to save everytime, and is getting annoying.

Thank you for your time,
Amy

Amy

Computer at work needs its TIF folder and Temp folders cleared out?

In Outlook application, do you have Journalling enabled?

This can slow Excel down considerably when closing.

In Outlook........ToolsOptionsPreferencesJournal Options.

Uncheck Excel.
