Default Change background color with IF statement

I would like to make a formula that will highlight a specific range if
two statements are true. I have started with
=(IF(AND(A3100),(A72%)Range(A3:A10)... this portion gives no errors,
but I cannot find the command to turn the background color for this
range red. Any help??
