Default Create Excel Grouping according to Merge Cells

The Grouping Present in Excel dosen't allow the user to take full function of
excel function. The suggestion is as follows the group will be defined by the
merged cells. For Example if col A has merge cells 1-5, then this is a
group. if a sub group is needed then merging cells in row B will create a
sub-grouping
