Default In Excel 2003 can you password protect a single page in excel?

I am working on a business budget in excel, and want to link to a
confidential payroll page. Is there a way to link to a payroll projection
page in the same excel spreadsheet, and password protect a single page so
that the viewer is not able to view the specific contents of the payroll
page?
