I've got a spreadsheet which the project is locked for viewing with a
password. When you open the spreadsheet it pulls data from quickbooks and
creates a report.

This all works fine, but when you close excel for some odd reason it
prompts for a password twice. It doesn't matter if you have closed the
workbook already (ie: no workbook open at all).

Seems people had a similar problem with Google Desktop installed, but I
don't have that (and never have)... also with some google search tool
whicfh I also do not have.

Any suggestions?
