Default Shortcuts pinned to Excel on taskbar cannot be moved up and down

Hi,
Does someone know how to fix the above-mentioned problem?
This happened after installation of Windoes 10 Pro and Office 365.

Used to work without problems in Windows 7 and Office 2007 by drawing the
shortcut up or down with the mouse.

By the way - I see the same problem with shortcuts pinned to Edge browser.

Kind regards,
Kaj Pedersen

I have now received the following answer from Microsoft Community:

"The feature to sort the order of jump list on Edge and Office icons on
taskbar - by moving the shortcuts up or down with the mouse - is not
possible in Windows 10".

I have asked Microsoft to implement this feature in the next update.

Regards,
Kaj Pedersen
