Default SORTING DATA IN TWO COLUMNS (salary and name ) - sorting as perdescending order of salary

Dear Excel experts,

I have to sort data in two columns ,first column contains name and second column contains salary.
The new columns should contain salary in descending order and name in corresponding cell.

A small example is given below -
DATA available-
Column A(name) Column B(salary)
KISHAN 60000
AJAY 24000
SANGEETA 60000

OUTPUT required with help of formulae -
Column C(name) Column D(salary)
KISHAN 6000
SANGEETA 60000
AJAY 24000

Kindly help WITH THE FORMULA TO BE USED IN NEW COLUMNS.

Regards
Vijay Yadav
