Default Draw two lines at given angles

Hi All,
I want to make two lines in a excel at defined angle say x
degrees that depends on a cell value.
So, its not hard to convert this value to radians or any other forms
for angle.
The issue here is how can i ask to start to make two lines
always from the same point - so that the two lines always direct from
a point.
Further, each time the cell value is updated/changed, the
lines should update them as well. This could possibly require to
delete previously created lines and create new ones.
Any tips/hints would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
