Hi all, new to group.

I'm struggling with a date match problem.

I have this row as A1 to A6. All cells except for the header are formatted as dates.

1/27/2013
1/26/2013
1/25/2013
1/24/2013
1/23/2013
1/22/2013
1/21/2013
1/20/2013
1/19/2013
1/18/2013
1/17/2013
1/16/2013
1/15/2013
1/14/2013

I have this value, formatted the same way, in a cell (say F3) off to the side:

1/25/2013

Doing MATCH(F3,A2:A16) returns 15. It should return 4.

I can provide the Excel sheet if need be.
