Default help to understand 'querytable'

Hi All,

In Excel 2007 if I create a table using the process of

Data - Get External Data - From Other Sources - From Microsoft Query

and selecting MS Access Database and then finish the connection
process and create a table of data on a worksheet in a workbook

do I then have a querytable???

and if so could I then use things like
..QueryTable.refresh BackgroundQuery:=False

thanks
bobh.

I would say yes to that.

But the best way to find out is simply to try :-)

Cheers
