Default Cause and Effect chart convertion

Hello,
I am looking for a formula or macro to convert a cause and effect matrix chart to cause in one column and related effect in another column. The cause and effect chart is having column “A2” to “A20” contains some tags, one tag in each cell and populated up to 20 rows. And effects are in column “B1” to column “AH1”. The tag in cell A2’s effect will be marked in with a “X” in cell "B2" and continues up to cell "AH2". If there is no effect then the respective tags effect wouldn’t be marked with “X” in the respective row in the cell. What I would like to do is to copy and paste the tag in cell "A2" in another sheet and wherever “X” marked in the row "B2" to "AH2", the value in cell B1 to AH1 to be red automatically and paste the value next column to the tag. Repeat the step till cell “A20” and respective effect in the cell "B1" to "AH1" to be red automatically. Appreciate any ideas for automating this.
Thanks in advance.
Rama
