Default Attaching a trusted certificate to an Excel macro using Excel 2010 64 bit

Can someone point me to step by step instructions on how to attach a
trusted certificate using Excel 2010 64 bit?
I have created my on selfcert and have try to attached it like I did
in Excel 2007 32 bit, but it is not working.

I tried to use the SignTool that comes with the SDKs v7.1 but I
received an error ...

SignTool Error: An unexpected internal error has occurred.
Error information: "CryptQueryObject" (-2147024893/0x80070003)

Any assistance would be appreciated.
