Default Save all content of folders Alpha, Charlie on drive C to externaldrive Il

If external drive "F" is connected, I want to save all content of
folders
Alpha and. Charlie on drive C to drive."F" Every friday at 8:00 PM.
If external drive "F" is not. Connected, play a wave file 3 tyimes at
10 minutes
Interval and leave a message in the task bar.
When external drive "F" is reconnected execute the save.
Is this achievable ?
