Default macro copy and paste criteria

rookie here - needs help

In worksheet 1 column "A" I have my subtotals
I need to find subtotal "Jim" in column "A" of worksheet 1
xlToRight get subtotal amount copy and paste into a cell in worksheet 2
Note I need to this for each sales person's subtotal
also note the cell reference will not be the same each week
