Default How to draw blue borders dynamically like pivot table?

Dear all,

After Added a pivot table onto a sheet, Excel will draw blue borders of its
column area, row area and data area. If you click one of the cells of the
pivot table, the blue borders are showed automatically; if the pivot table is
not focused, the borders disappear. Is there a way to implement similar
effect by programming?

Regards,
George
