Default Excel 2007 + PIA + Win7 + VS2010 = yikes!?!?

Folks - I can't find the interop assemblies in the .NET section of VS when I
Add a Reference. I've followed the popular posts on this issue (including
reinstalling PIA, re-registering the interops) but no solution has worked
itself out. please help!
