Default Excel 2007 split vba modules out of workbook (like Access front end/back end)???

See chip Pearson website. Make sure you read everyhing because you have
to change a menu item in the worksheet menu tools - Options - Macro -
Security. The files get saved as a BAS extension which is a text file
that you can open with notepade.
