Default search posts

It would be nice to be able to search posts by date , and to search by user
to see my posts or another particular users posts

If you click on the user name, on the top right side of the pop up window you
have "Recent Posts by this user"

Search by date would be very useful.

Search by user is relatively easy.

Find one post by the user (ok - I said relatively). Click on the user name
to display the user profile, etc.
