Default Conditional formatting using icon sets in excel 2007

I am using Excel 2007. I have a column called test completed that is
populated with an X if the student has completed that test. I would like to
have the X replaced with the conditional icon set using a checkmark called 3
symbols uncircled. I want a red x if it is not completed and I really don't
need the yellow Exclamaion mark.

Can this be done?

Thanks
