If you want to specify the sheet name; try the below
ws.Range("A" & lngRow) = wb.Sheets("Sheet3").Range("B13").Value

If you want to specify the sheet number; if you dont know the name (second
sheet)
ws.Range("A" & lngRow) = wb.Sheets(2).Range("B13").Value
