Default Autoupdate data in a report

Hello,

I need help please with the following:

I am creating a performance report on customers. In this report I have a
sheet and on this sheet I have a drop down list that include customers. This
sheet has got various tables that get updated automatically as soon as a
customer is selected from the drop down list. I also have another file that
has got the relevant data as follows:

Area Attendances Customer
A 68 X
B 60
C 51
D 46
E 45

I want to be able to choose from the drop list a customer for example "X"
and then I want the table to update automatically. This table should pick up
the top ten areas with the number of attendances for the customer being
selected.

The overall objective is to lookup the customer from the drop down list and
then go to the data and pick up the areas a, b, c and also the number of
attendances (top ten, listing most attendance area first).

Thanks
