Disable copy paste

Hey,

From access I must do this UNVISIBLE with a excel-file:

1. copy the file to another folder
2. Protect kolom D
3. Disable Copy-Paste in that Workbook ( all ways of copying and pasting)
4. sending the file by email to a choosen person.

1, 2 and 4 is no problem but I can't see how to do 3 (Disable Copy-Paste) !

Plaese help
