Default Placing a few spaces between syntax

=VLOOKUP(B9,ALL,13,FALSE) & " " & VLOOKUP(B9,ALL,19,FALSE)

Can someone give me some insight as to how I can add a few spaces in this
syntax

=VLOOKUP(B9,ALL,13,FALSE)&VLOOKUP(B9,ALL,19,FALSE)

OF course the "&" doesn't work for spacing but I need both sets of data
however spaced apart a bit more

Thanks in advance
