Default Use a shape as a gauge.

Oh Wise Ones,

How can I use a shape as a gauge? I couldn't get a chart to not look
like a chart. I want to indicate the contents of a cell - lets say A1 as a
percentage. So if A1 contains 50 the shape is half full etc. It's not quite
a progress bar, but would look like one. Horizontal if possible.

Thanks,
Mike
