prompting for a password
Before a w/book opens ,it should ask for a password to open it.

prompting for a password
On the Excel menu bar click ToolsSecurity. Type in the password you want
to use for opening the workbook. Be sure it is one you will not forget. It will prompt you to enter the pass word again for verification. Be careful, it is case sensitive.
