Default copy worksheet WITH CommandButtons within Workbook

I have a VBA routine that replicates the current worksheet, along with other
processing. The worksheet contains a CommandButton that does the replication
at the user's request, and it needs to be copied to the new worksheet. In
the new Worksheet, the VBA code is copied, but the CommandButton itself is
not. This critical functionality was working fine when running in XL11, but
fails in XL12.

Is this just ANOTHER reason to tell my clients not to upgrade to Office 12,
or is there some way to make it work whether the program is run in XL11 or
XL12 ?

Thanks for any help.
