Default creating form: I want to limit the tabs

I am creating a procurement form for my Rotary club's auction and I am tired
of paper forms but need something simple.

I understand how to insert tables but how do I limit people from tabbing out
of the form or into a place that I have typed into?

Very much appreciate your time and help.

Protect the sheet, unlocking only the cells you need for data entry.
Tools Protection Protect sheet
There's an option to prevent selection of locked cells.
