Default export file and arrange

I need to export some reports from our system some of the columns and data
not needed in my excel eport is there a way wherein I can arrange my reports
accordingly? Please help! Thanks.

Your question is a little vague

Export from what System?

How are you exporting?

To remove unwanted columns just delete the column
