Default vba project still visible in vba-editor after closing workbook

Dear experts,

I'm having a problem with an Excel workbook containing oledb-reference to
its own: when closing the workbook, the vba-project remains visible in the
vba editor. Before closing the workbook, the connection ist closed using e.g.
objConn.close and all objects are set to nothing. Did anybody experienced
same thing? Any solution / hints?

thanks a lot!
