Default Can I create a link from a cell to take me to another worksheet?

I want to create a link from a cell in 2007 to take me directly to a
worksheet within the same workbook. For example, if I click on "Sacramento"
in Worksheet 1 it would take me to the worksheet Sacramento.

Did you try the insert menu followed by the hyperlink button? It brings up
a window and one of the options is "another place in the same document". If
you select that you get a list of all available worksheets.
