Default xlVeryHidden

I just read this article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/153587

and do not understand it at all. It uses the term "module sheet" and I
don't understand what that is referring to. I don't understand the problem
and don't see how you could ever have a sheet hidden that you couldn't simply
have code somewhere that turned visible= true. Can somebody explain this to
me. Thanks a lot.
