Default adding data to a list from another worksheet that updates automa

Hello,
I have a list that the stock closeing prices update automatically once I
open the file. I want to have the closing price from the worksheet I have
move to another worksheet that will track the closing prices on a day to day
basis putting it into a list by day. I know I need some sort of Macro loop,
but i'm not sure how to make it work.
