Default StructureMacro.xla PASSWORD?

It should be as simple as opening the xla ToolsMacrosVisual Basic Editor
and enter a password if prompted, if you are not prompted then i can only
imagine it is a compatibility issue from the version of excel that creaed it
to the version that is viewing it!
