However, I have a small problem.
The sheet I am working on is a dump from the SAP.
Due to this most of the cells are formatted as text.
The code you posted workes fine in general but if I select those text
formatted
cells, it shows count also = 0 instead of showing the count of cells
having anything like text.

Any fix for that?
