Conditional formatting
I would like to compare the column dynamically, if the previous column value
is not = current value then format the whole row, -- Another technician living on Microsoft Products |

Conditional formatting
Dealing with formats without VBA can really only be done with Conditional
Formatting. But without more information I couldn't really write up a conditional format that would help you out.
