Default Enabling macros in Excel 2007

I just upgraded to Excel 2007 from Excel 2003. My macros (which include
menus I added on the Excel Bar) do not open in Excel 2007.

I noticed that the macro security has to be enabled. However when I do that
my custom menus on the Excel menu bar are not enabled.

Could anybody help me to automate enabling the macros when I open my
workbook. I do not want to save the file with enabled macros.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Harry
