Default Control of workbook

I need to control access to a workbook by auto detecting the domain it
is connected to.

If the user is in the domain, run the workbook.
I user not in domain, close workbook.

I do not need to display the domain or user, just open or close
workbook.

The user logs into the domain when starting PC.
Using XP Pro and Excel 2007.
Workbook resides on individual PCs.
The PC is registered to the domain.

Anyone out there can help?
