Default unloading XLL files in Excel

Hi all,

I am using Excel 2003.

I am developing XLL using Visual Studio.

Every time before I recompile and rebuild the XLL, I have to close
EXCEL just because if the XLL is loaded, the compiler won't be able to
overwrite it with new XLL file. When it is loaded, the file is write-
protected.

I have to close the EXCEL program itself a lot of times.

Is there a way to "unload" the XLL file from EXCEL so to make it
overwrite-able?
