Default Hyperlink Help - want to link to diff sheet, looking for name cursoris highlighting

Have 2 sheets in workbook - one is a schedule by company name of
scheduled hours and one is a schedule by employee showing each client
they are scheduled to (both built off of same info - pivot not an
option). When on the company view, want to be able to highlight an
employees name and click a hyperlink to go to the 2nd worksheet for
their schedule (which will show this company's hours + everything
else). Would also be be nice to have a 'back' click to go to previous
page view by company.

Possible to do with some sort of hyperlink functionality? Saw some
postings but not sure how to make the reference flexible so that the
hyperlink looked to cell the cursor was on...

Hoping someone can help - thanks!
